Message	dent remover guys can get it out. That's your cheapest bet, otherwise, expect probably 1k minimum. It would involve some major body work, cutting out the rear fender and putting a new one on. I have a dent in roughly the same spot, although much smaller. I've already inquired from about 3 body shops just to see how the guy I like going to faired in his estimate and all of them were over $1k to fix it. They all suggested I call one of those paintless dent remover guys to see if it can be taken out that way first.
